In Store Purchases: These can only be returned by bringing your items into store, it doesn't have to be the store you purchased the items in, any of our teams are there to help you out. You can exchange your items for something else or if nothing is taking your fancy that day they will be happy to issue you with a store credit. Store purchases cannot be refunded back to your credit card, on the basis that you have been in store to purchase your item and had the opportunity to try or see it.

Online Orders: We want to make life easier for you, so if you are near a store, you are more than welcome to drop your return in. The store can swap your item over for something else or issue you with a credit, however they are unable to refund for you. This is something Superette HQ needs to action. They can pass this onto HQ for you or you can send your online order back to us by following the instructions on the returns form downloadable here.

Items must be returned within 21 days with all original tags and must be brand new and unworn. We recommend sending everything via track and trace so that you can keep tabs on when your item is returned to us. Shoes must be returned in their original box, and we suggest sending these back in the brown box it arrived in to avoid any damage.

Sale stock can be exchanged for another size/item or returned for a Superette Credit note. Sale items are not eligible for a Refund. Final Sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
