At Superette we do our very best to deliver products of the highest quality to you, however we of course understand that sometimes items can shift during transit and on occasion may arrive damaged. 

All of our products are rigorously quality checked prior to dispatch and carefully packed to ensure safe travel, however if you do receive your order in imperfect condition, we do ask that you contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of the date of purchase so that we can get this resolved for you straight away.

Any concerns detailed after 7 days from the date of purchase, will need to be actioned through our returns assessment process via our Returns Manager and supplier and the regular returns process will apply.
