Can I amend / cancel my order?Superette works hard to dispatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed, if not sooner. All orders placed before 1pm NZT Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm NZT will be dispatched the following working day. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments to the payment method or items in your order so please be careful in reviewing your items, delivery address and payment method before completing your purchase.

Can I return underwear or swimwear?Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear sales are final and we will not accept exchanges or returns of any kind. Any returns of this nature will be sent back to the customer. If you want some help with sizing before purchasing please contact our customer support team either via chat on the website or email eshop@superette.co.nz and we'd be happy to help! Here's a quick rundown on the best way to return your purchases if you need to: In Store Purchases: These can be returned by bringing your items into store. It doesn't have to be the store you purchased the items in, any of our teams are there to help you out! You can exchange your items for something else or if nothing is taking your fancy that day they will be happy to issue you with a store credit.

I have a problem with my orderAt Superette we do our very best to deliver products of the highest quality to you, however we of course understand that sometimes items can shift during transit and on occasion may arrive damaged. All of our products are rigorously quality checked prior to dispatch and carefully packed to ensure safe travel, however if you do receive your order in imperfect condition, we do ask that you contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of the date of purchase so that we can get this resolved for you straight away.

My item is Final Sale, can I return it?Sorry! Items marked as Final Sale have been discounted 70% or more from their original RRP and are considered final sale - but looks like you got a real bargain! These will not be accepted for returns of any kind unless faulty. Please choose carefully as any returns for these items will be declined and returned to the customer. You will recognise items classed as final sale on the product pages online by the tags displayed on the images and detailed in the product description.

My item is Sale, can I return it?Yay! Your item is on sale! Sure to be a goodie, however if you're not 100% on it you still have a few return options - detailed below: Sale items are eligible to be returned within 21 days of purchase, providing the item is unworn, in brand new condition with it's original packaging and tags intact. You will be able to exchange this for another size, another item, or be credited the value back onto your Superette account.

My item is faultyOur team are rigorous in checking the quality of items prior to shipment, but we understand that goods are expected to last a reasonable amount of time, and sometimes this isn't always the case! Here's what you need to know about returning a faulty item: If the item was purchased online, please email eshop@superette.co.nz with any images of the fault as well as a description of what the fault appears to be and how the item has been cared for.

My item isn't quite rightIf for whatever reason the item you purchased online isn't fitting like a glove, you can absolutely exchange it! Because our products move so quickly the best way to guarantee you get the correct item, is if you simply place a second order. You're more than welcome to pop into your nearest store if this works best for you! You can find our store locations here. Once we receive your original return, we will refund you via your original payment method as soon as possible.
