How do I return my order?
This process is meant to be easy! Here's a quick rundown on the best way to return your purchases if you need to:
In Store Purchases: These can be returned by bringing your items into store. It doesn't have to be the store you purchased the items in, any of our teams are there to help you out! You can exchange your items for something else or if nothing is taking your fancy that day they will be happy to issue you with a store credit.
Store purchases cannot be refunded back to your credit card, on the basis that you have been in store to purchase your item and had the opportunity to view and try the item(s).
Online Orders: We want to make life easier for you, so if you are near a store, you are more than welcome to drop your return in. The store can swap your item over for something else or issue you with a credit. If you require a refund this will be directed to our Online team to action. The store can pass this on for you or you can send your online order back to us by lodging your return in your My Account area.
Full price purchases placed online are eligible for a refund less any shipping costs, we understand you might not always get it right when purchasing online! However, this only applies to full price product. Any products classed as sale can be exchanged for another size/item or returned for a Superette Credit note. Sale items are not eligible for a Refund. Final Sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please note: If eligible for a refund, this can only be returned the same way it was processed. If a credit note or exchange has been used for part of the payment, you may only be eligible for a partial refund of the item.
We are also unable to refund to alternative debit/credit cards. The refund must be processed back on the same debit/credit card used.
