How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details. Your parcel is on its way to you, woop!  


You can track your order from 6pm NZT by using the tracking number provided on:

www.courierpost.co.nz  - Domestic NZ Orders 

www.dhl.co.nz  - All International Orders

You can also click the link in your shipping confirmation email directly and it will track your order for you! 

Covid-19 Level 3 Update - August 2020

During Level 3 restrictions we will still be bringing you some Superette goodness by shipping orders for all products on our website, whoop! We will aim to get all orders out within our standard shipping timeframes.

Both our dispatch team and the couriers will be working hard to get your orders to you on time. If for any reason there is an unexpected delay once your parcel is collected by the courier, we recommend touching base with the courier directly to make an inquiry if your parcel is in transit for more than 5 days within NZ. Of course if you have any trouble with this please touch base with us at eshop@superette.co.nz.
