Can I amend / cancel my order?

Superette works hard to dispatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed, if not sooner. All orders placed before 1pm NZT Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm NZT will be dispatched the following working day. 

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments to the payment method or items in your order so please be careful in reviewing your items, delivery address and payment method before completing your purchase.

You can request to cancel your order through our web chat within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret that in most instances order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

To check the status of your order, please login to your account at My Account, click on “My Account” in the top left hand corner of the page, click on “Order History” on the left hand side of the page, and then view your most current order.
