Stylist Session Terms & Conditions

Book your styling session with us at Superette International

Location: Superette International – 8 Kent St, Newmarket

1. BACKGROUND

(a) These terms and conditions are relative to your booking and use of a Superette Stylist Session

(b) By booking or using this service, you indicate you have read, understood and accept:

  • (i) these terms and conditions;
  • (ii) our website terms and conditions; and
  • (iii) our privacy policy.

(c) If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact our customer service team on +649 360 2362 on Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm NZST.

2. BOOKINGS

Bookings for this service must be made 7 days in advance of your selected booking time. Bookings can be made online via Live chat or via email with our customer service team. We must receive your booking deposit within 48 hours of confirming the session date.

(a) To book a stylist session online:

(i) visit https://www.superette.co.nz/stylist-sessions

(ii) Use our Live Chat service to make your booking request; or email our customer service team via eshop@superette.co.nz

(b) Contact our customer service team on +64 9 360 2362.

You’ll be hearing from us within 48 hours to confirm your booking via your preferred contact method.

When we confirm your booking, we’ll take a $200 session deposit to secure your booking with your preferred stylist. This deposit can later be put towards any purchases made during your session. 

(*) Your appointment is not confirmed until you have paid your deposit.

3. PAYMENT

(a) The $200 deposit is in New Zealand dollars.

(b) The $200 deposit is payable at the time of booking and redeemable on products at the selected store on the day of your appointment. Our Customer Service team will phone you shortly after your booking has been made to arrange payment.

Your session booking is only confirmed once the $200 deposit is secured.

4. CANCELLATIONS

(a) If you change your mind and cancel an appointment:

(i) 24 hours or more before your appointment, we will provide a Superette Store Credit or full refund of the booking fee to your original payment method; or

(ii) less than 24 hours before your appointment, this will be kept as a Superette Store Credit on your account, is non-refundable and is valid for 12 months.

(b) Your appointment will be cancelled 48 hours prior to your schedules appointment time if no payment has been made.

5. NO SHOWS 

(a) If you do not attend your booked appointment on the day of the appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
