I'm missing an item from my order!

While we do our very best to send your order all together, sometimes one warehouse cannot fulfil a full order and so we need to create a split shipment between two warehouses.

If this is the case, don’t be alarmed! You should have been sent two separate shipping emails with both tracking numbers, be sure to check your inbox for these or simply get in touch if you have any concerns! We just want you to receive your items as soon as possible, and sometimes sending them separately is the best way to do this!
