When will I receive my item?
All orders placed during the Level 4 restrictions will be shipped as soon as these restrictions lift. We are all doing our bit to stay isolated and work through this together. We will keep you in the loop with expected delivery times, and you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation as soon as your order is ready for the courier. We are anticipating a back log of orders to ship once we're operational again so please allow some extra time for your order to be shipped.
If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to cancel it, please contact us. We are still available online throughout this time, if you have any questions please let us know!
*Orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM NZT will begin processing straight away and will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery (domestic only) however those that fall after 2 PM NZT will begin processing straight away but cannot be guaranteed for the overnight delivery.
Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM NZT and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
During busy promotional periods it is possible we will be unable to meet the above times. We will still endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible.
All international orders please note, that once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. All information regarding Taxes and Duties can be found here.
