When will I receive my item?
Covid-19 Level 3 Update
We are now able to ship all items in compliance with Government Level 3 restrictions from Tuesday 28th of April. Superette works hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however during level 3 please allow some extra time for processing while our team adheres to social distancing requirements.
We will keep you in the loop with expected delivery times, and you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation as soon as your order is ready for the courier. We are experiencing a high volume of orders now that we are operating at Level 3 Requirements, please allow some extra time for your order to be shipped.

*Orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM NZT will begin processing straight away and will be dispatched the same day for overnight delivery (domestic only) however those that fall after 2 PM NZT will begin processing straight away but cannot be guaranteed for the overnight delivery.
Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM NZT and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
During busy promotional periods it is possible we will be unable to meet the above times. We will still endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible.
