My order hasn't been shipped?

We want you to receive your orders as soon as possible! Which is why we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If your order is placed before 1pm NZT Monday - Thursday it will be dispatched the same day on overnight delivery. Any orders placed after 1pm NZT will be dispatched the following working day. 

Orders placed after Friday and over the weekend 1pm UTC/GMT + 12 hours will begin processing on the following Monday. 

If you haven't received a shipment confirmation within the targeted timeframe, don't hesitate to touch base with us to check up on your order! You can contact us via email or live chat and our Customer Support team will be able to assist you.


Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Superette is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance or processing. 

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Should there be any shipment details or issues with your order Superette will contact you via email or if we require additional information for credit verification we'll be in touch. 

Please note that estimated delivery time does not include weekends or Public Holidays.

Covid-19 Level 3 Update - August 2020

During Level 3 restrictions we will still be bringing you some Superette goodness by shipping orders for all products on our website, whoop! We will aim to get orders out quickly and will keep you in the loop with shipping timeframes.

Both our dispatch team and the couriers will be working hard to get your orders to you on time. If for any reason there is an unexpected delay once your parcel is collected by the courier, we recommend touching base with the courier directly to make an inquiry if your parcel is in transit for more than 5 days within NZ.
