Will my order be shipped during Covid-19?

Level 3

We are so excited to bring you some Superette goodness by shipping orders for all products on our website while in Level 3, whoop! We will aim to get orders out quickly and will keep you in the loop with shipping timeframes. We are working our way through non-essential orders from Level 4 so please allow some extra time for your order to be shipped. Couriers will be working hard to get your orders to you on time, however there may be delays once your parcel is collected. We recommend touching base with the courier directly to make an inquiry.

 

Possible delays

During Level 3 it is possible we will be unable to meet our standard processing times. We will still endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible, aiming to ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase where applicable.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details. You can track your order as soon as you receive the Dispatch Confirmation via email, however this will show as ‘Label Created’ until picked up by the courier.
