Can I amend / cancel my order?Superette works hard to dispatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed, if not sooner. All orders placed before 1pm NZT Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm NZT will be dispatched the following working day. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments to the payment method or items in your order so please be careful in reviewing your items, delivery address and payment method before completing your purchase.

Many of our suppliers are located internationally and are experiencing lockdowns and are unable to accept return items from us during their isolation period. My item isn't quite rightWhat are your returns conditions? All items must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, with the original tags and packaging still attached to the product. All footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, sunglasses and jewellery in the original case and box. Refunds are only issued for returns on fully priced product purchased online that fit these guidelines.
