Shipping Delays During Alert Level 3

Order Delays November 2021

Auckland is currently in Alert Level 3, Step 2. During Covid-19 Alert Level 2 & 3 our team are shipping all orders while adhering to social distancing requirements. We are working hard to ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible and you will be kept in the loop via email on any processing delays in our warehouse. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order is ready for the courier.

Any delays while your parcel is in transit with the Courier, we recommend touching base with the courier provider directly as any unexpected delays are out of our control at Superette.

Delivery Delays Via NZ Post

NZ Post are currently delivering over half a million more parcels a week than usual, and it's possible there may be a delay while orders are in transit at this time. 

NZ Post are working hard to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible, and expect these timeframes will improve with a change in Alert Levels when safety restrictions ease.

Level 3 - in the Auckland Area NZ Post are currently experiencing delays of up to five working days for parcel deliveries at this time.
Level 2 -in the rest of NZ we are seeing things return to normal, with minor delays of up to 1 working day in some places. 

The best way to resolve any parcel delays while your order is in the hands of the courier is to follow up with NZ Post directly, however we are here to help if you wish to email us or reach out on our website Live Chat. 

Please keep an eye on your parcel tracking online, any delays should be noted clearly on the tracking information page for your parcel. If your parcel has been delayed for more than 7 working days an enquiry can be lodged with NZ Post directly here.
